Have you ever purchased something online for a certain price and then you see the next day or the next week that the price has significantly dropped? Or, have you ever ordered something that had a guaranteed delivery date and your product arrives late?

These situations can be extremely frustrating and can cost you a lot of money.

Until recently I was just “dealing” with these frustrations, that was before I heard about Paribus. In the following Paribus review, I will discuss what Paribus is, how it works, and the services they offer. Continue reading to see how you can be saving on your online purchases by using Paribus.

What is Paribus

Paribus is a price tracking app that electronically scans receipts in your email and checks if you are eligible for any refunds by searching through retailers cash back and price matching policies. Paribus then acts as the middleman for you and the company that you purchased from and works to get you your refund.

Paribus was founded in 2014 and after two years of success they were acquired by Capital One. They are a strong, reliable, and safe company that can save you money on your online purchases.

Easy Set Up

Setting up an account with Paribus is extremely easy and it’s free! Just download the app or go directly to their site and enter your email address. It is worth noting that Paribus does request a lot of access into your email in order for them to perform their services, so be sure to read their terms of service to ensure you are comfortable with them.

After you sign up you will be taken to your personal dashboard. Here you will see a note from Paribus stating that they are currently scanning your email for potential refunds and that process may take up to 48 hours. Now that your account is created you can sit back and relax while Paribus does the hard work.

Delivery Refunds

Paribus will scan your purchases and track your product delivery dates. If you purchased an item with a guaranteed delivery date and it arrives late then Paribus will reach out to the retailer for compensation, all at no cost to you. This service can be extremely beneficial during the holiday months when retailers are bogged down with order requests and tend to miss guaranteed delivery dates.

Hotel Price Refunds

Similar to product price adjustment refunds, Paribus will also make sure that you are getting the best rate for your Hotel bookings. Book the hotel that works for you and Paribus will make sure that you get the best deal. They will even assist you with rebooking if they find a better rate. According to their website, Paribus claims that they find lower rates on over 25% of reservations.
